Abstract
Non-specific fluorescent signals and sample dehydration in indirect immunofluorescence assays are eliminated by using a specially designed two-well incubation chamber. Antibody incubations and washings are done in the chamber wells. This chamber accepts regular microscope slides or coverslips, is assembled without any bonding substance, and is taken apart before microscopical examination.Entities:
