Abstract
A variety of radiographic findings are encountered in metabolic bone disease. These findings, though often subtle, are often diagnostic. Hyperparathyroidism, osteomalacia, renal osteodystrophy, Paget's disease, and other forms of metabolic bone disease produce characteristic radiographic manifestations. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging make contributions in selected circumstances, but plain film radiography remains the primary imaging tool.Entities:
