Expression of MAGE-C2 mRNA was detected in lung adenocarcinoma by realtime fluorescent quantitative PCR. A: MAGE-C2 mRNA expression in well/mod differentiation group and poor differentiation group (Compared to well/mod differentiation group, expression of MAGE-C2 mRNA in poor differentiation group); B: MAGE-C2 mRNA expression in stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ group and stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ group (Compared to stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ group, expression of MAGE-C2 mRNA in stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ group); C: MAGE-C2 mRNA expression in metastasis group and non-metastasis group (Compared to metastasis group, expression of MAGE-C2 mRNA in non-metastasis group).
