Abstract
We report 2 cases of ventriculoperitoneal (VP) shunt migration into an inguinal hernia sac. In both cases hernia manifested itself on the right side in late infancy. We attempted to analyse the anatomical and mechanical factors leading to shunt migration as seen in the X-rays of our cases.Entities:
