Abstract
This article discusses a case of granulocytic sarcoma of the breast, presenting prior to the onset of acute myeloid leukaemia. There has only been six reported cases of such a presentation in the breast. In view of the rarity of the tumour, it is often misdiagnosed as a high grade non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Its treatment is still controversial and includes a proposal to use anti-leukaemic drug combinations for all cases.Entities:
