Abstract
Breast conservation treatment (BCT) is the preferred modality of treatment for early breast cancer. However, a moderate proportion of women will develop deformity and those with tumours in the lower hemisphere of the breast pose a particular challenge. Here, a technique is described which allows acceptable cosmetic outcome in women with small or medium-sized breasts without the use of therapeutic mammoplasty or volume replacement with flaps.Entities:
