Abstract
We present a model hypothesis of how several types of cell therapies may target microglia as one of the principal cell types contributing to the inflammatory response after brain injury and discuss how imaging of brain inflammation could potentially be applied to develop biomarkers in patients with stroke and TBI enrolled into stem cell clinical trials.Entities:
