Abstract
A rare case of VACTEL syndrome with antenatally diagnosed duodenal atresia is reported. We performed one-staged radial surgery for the esophageal atresia with tracheoesophageal fistula and duodenal atresia. The prognosis of VACTEL syndrome with duodenal atresia is very poor. This is the first reported case cured operatively.Entities:
