Abstract
Lichen planus classifies into different subtypes according to morphology and location. Hypertrophic LP (HLP) manifests a great challenge due to persistent itching, the risk to develop into squamous cell carcinoma and therapeutic resistance. We report two clinical cases exemplary for the successful treatment of dramatic-resistant HLP with acitretin.Entities:
