Abstract
Superior mesenteric artery aneurysms are a rare clinical finding but can present with a wide range of symptoms. They are associated with a high risk of rupture, as well as high morbidity and mortality. We present a case of a 38-year-old female who presented with acute abdominal pain and a pulsatile palpable mass in the right epigastric region without other signs or symptoms.Entities:
