Abstract
•-We report a case of luteinized thecomas associated with sclerosing peritonitis (LTSP).•-Sclerosing peritonitis associated with LTSP is a main cause of mortality and morbidity.•-LTSP can be successfully treated with GnRH agonist and anti-estrogen.•-Early recognition of LTSP is necessary to avoid unnecessary surgery.Entities:
