Abstract
One-bone forearm functions best when the proximal ulna and distal radius are present and joined (the ulnius). Six open forearm fractures accompanied by segmental radial defect were treated by the ulnius formation in a one-stage procedure. All patients had a stable and pain-free forearm, and were satisfied with the function and cosmetic appearance of the forearm.Entities:
