Demographic and clinical characteristics of subjects
*chi-square test, †median [interquartile range], Kruskal-Wallis test, ‡median [interquartile range], Mann-Whitney U test between AD and DC. AD: Alzheimer's disease, DC: dementia controls, K-MMSE: Korean version of Mini-Mental Status Examination
Cell cycle proteins in AD, dementia controls, and normal controls
Values are median [interquartile range]. Kruskal-Wallis test and Tukey's method using ranks for multiple comparisons. AD: Alzheimer's disease, DC: dementia controls, NC: normal controls, CDK: cyclin-dependent kinase, AU: arbitrary unit
Figure 2Cell cycle proteins in NCs and early stage and advanced stage AD patients. Circles and bars represent medians and interquartile ranges (25%ile and 75%ile). *p<0.05, **p<0.001. AD: Alzheimer's disease, CDK: cyclin-dependent kinase.
Cell cycle proteins in early AD, advanced AD, and normal controls
Values are median [interquartile range]. Dunnett's test using ranks for multiple comparisons with NC. AD: Alzheimer's disease, NC: normal controls, eAD: early Alzheimer's disease, aAD: advanced Alzheimer's disease, CDK: cyclin-dependent kinase, AU: arbitrary unit
