Abstract

Toxoplasma retinochoroditis is one of the commonest causes of infectious posterior uveitis and may lead to occlusive retinitis. We present a case of a patient with Toxoplasma retinochoroditis who developed macular infarction after initial improvement on pharmacotherapy. The potential aetiology and outcome are described. 2016 BMJ Publishing Group Ltd.
