Abstract
The most commonly found contributing factor in incontinence is weakness of the pelvic floor muscles. This is true for patients with stress incontinence and for patients in need of a bladder retraining programme. Simple assessment and strengthening procedures for these muscles give the general practitioner a powerful tool for treating and preventing weakness.Entities:
