Abstract
Intact pks15/1 is involved in the biosynthesis of phenolic glycolipids and proposed as a marker for virulence and phylogeny in tuberculosis. Identification of intact condition is achieved mainly by DNA sequencing. For this reason the aim of this study was to develop a reproducible endpoint PCR-assay to characterize it.Entities:
