Abstract
The authors present a case of a ruptured aneurysm of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery at the right internal auditory meatus, of which incidence is thought to be very rare. The patient experienced a sudden onset of headache, vomiting and tinnitus in the right side. Moderate peripheral facial palsy and hearing disturbance in the right appeared 2 weeks after the onset with diplopia. These symptoms improved to some extent after the successful neck clipping of this aneurysm.Entities:
