Abstract
When "sausage-like" swelling of the toes occurs in the absence of clinical Reiter's disease or psoriasis, definite classification is hardly possible. Nine patients with isolated "sausage toes" (dactylitis) and minor involvement of other joints are described. The relationship between this syndrome and HLA B27 permits better classification and more rational treatment.Entities:
