Abstract
The majority of lymphoceles forming as a result of renal transplantation present or are detected within 6 months of surgery. A rare case of late presentation is reported, where the lymphocele developed 8 years after renal transplantation, due to leakage of lymph from the transplant kidney surface.Mesh：
