[Intramedullary epidermoid cyst. Contribution of magnetic resonance imaging].

Abstract

Epidermoid tumors are seldom found as a cause of spinal cord compression; still fewer involve the spinal cord itself. We report a case of a thoracic intramedullary epidermoid tumor documented by MRI.
