Abstract
Two cases of primary pheochromocytoma of the urinary bladder are reported. Ultrastructural demonstration of neuroendocrine granules and immunoreactivity for neuron-specific enolase and synoptophysin, and the absence of cytokeratin, an epithelial marker, are useful features for distinguishing pheochromocytomas from carcinomas of the bladder.Entities:
