Retraction: Successful management of massive intraoperative pulmonary fat embolism with percutaneous cardiopulmonary support.

[This retracts the article on p. 136 in vol. 12, PMID: 19742250.].

The article titled, “Successful management of massive intraoperative pulmonary fat embolism with percutaneous cardiopulmonary support”, published in pages 136-139, issue 3, vol.12 of Indian Journal of Critical Care Medicine[1] is being retracted. The article has found to contain overlapping text sections from a previously published article titled, “Use of percutaneous cardiopulmonary support in catastrophic massive pulmonary fat embolism”, published in pages 213-215, issue 2, vol.96 of British Journal of Anaesthesia[2]. Thus on the grounds of duplicity of the text, the concerned article is being retracted.
