Abstract
One week after LASIK, our patient presented with bilateral haloes and reduced vision. Examination revealed the typical central toxic keratopathy triad: corneal thinning, hyperopic shift and a reduction in best corrected visual acuity to 6/12, which, after commencing high-dose topical steroids, improved 6 months later to 6/6. 2015 BMJ Publishing Group Ltd.Entities:
