Abstract
Tenosynovitis in the hand of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis will occur in common sites. If the tenosynovitis cannot be controlled by nonsurgical means, there are surgical approaches to the disease. Tenosynovectomy can give successful, long-term relief from the synovitis, and can also prevent tendon ruptures.Entities:
