Abstract
We have reviewed the case of a young man with an omental mass diagnosed as mesenteric panniculitis. The clinical history, physical findings, and laboratory and radiologic studies were typical of this disorder. The diagnosis was suggested by CT scan, and confirmed on surgical biopsy. Our patient has had the typically benign course seen with mesenteric panniculitis.Entities:
