Abstract
The occurrence of conjoined twins in a triplet pregnancy is rare. Cephalothoracopagus twins were diagnosed on ultrasonography at 17 weeks' gestation. This is the first case of conjoined twins in a triplet pregnancy diagnosed early enough antenatally to allow vaginal pregnancy termination.Entities:
