Abstract
Large bony defects followed by resection of the mandible need to be reconstructed by various surgical techniques such as the fibular flap. In this article, we report the case of mandibular reconstruction with autologous human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and autogenous bone graft, followed by placement of dental implants and prosthodontic treatment in a patient who has been failed to reconstruct mandibular bone defect after resection of mandible.Entities:
