Figure 2Pten mRNA expressions in the liver, muscle, and adipose tissues of the T2DM rats was determined by real-time PCR (n=12). Values were normalized to Gapdh mRNA expression. The mean change in liver, muscle, and adipose tissues was 2.25-, 6.59-, and 2.6-fold, respectively.
