Abstract
Osteochondroma is a benign cartilaginous neoplasm and is the most common benign bone tumor. Osteochondromas arising from the clavicular head are extremely rare and symptomatic cases are even less common. We report a 23-year-old man who presented with dyspnea due to tracheal displacement resulting from a clavicular osteochondroma. The patient underwent successful resection involving a trap-door thoracotomy.Entities:
