Abstract
New monocyclic phosphate, phosphonate and difluorophosphonate analogs of the natural AChE inhibitor cyclophostin were synthesized and their activity toward human AChE examined. Surprisingly, the phosphate, phosphonate, and difluorophosphonate analogs all showed diminished activity when compared with the natural product.Entities:
