Abstract
Tonsillar region carcinoma ranks as the second most common malignancy of the upper aerodigestive tract. Tobacco and alcohol use are the most important risk factors. The rate of cervical metastasis may be as high as 70%. Treatment options include surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, or any combination of these modalities. Overall survival is in the range of 50%.Entities:
