Abstract
Reproductive health and fertility are of great importance to the increasing number of survivors of childhood cancer, approximately 70% of whom are estimated to be over 20 years old. This article reviews the various treatment exposures that have been associated with makers of gonadal injury and decreased fertility in childhood cancer survivors. Identifying risk factors that decrease fertility is essential in proper counseling and timely referral for interventions that may allow for future fertility in high-risk populations.Entities:
