Abstract
A case of Clostridium difficile associated reactive arthritis in an HLA-B27 positive female is reported and compared to 9 other cases. The clinical course of C. difficile associated reactive arthritis is similar to that caused by other enteric pathogens. Therefore, C. difficile should be considered in the differential diagnosis of the reactive arthritides.Entities:
