Abstract
With great interest, we read the recent article entitled "Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase polymorphisms and breast cancer risk in Chinese population: a meta-analysis of 22 case-control studies" published online in Tumor Biology, 2014, 35: 1695-1701. This article suggests that methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) C677T polymorphism was significantly associated with breast cancer risk in Chinese population. The result is encouraging. Nevertheless, three key issues in this meta-analysis are worth noticing.Entities:
