Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Methodologically correct assessment of patient satisfaction (PS) plays a crucial role for quality-improvement purposes. Evaluation of Iranian literature on emergency department's PS resulted in an emerging need for developing a new instrument with satisfactory psychometric properties.
