Abstract
INTRODUCTION: Thrombus density may be a predictor for acute ischemic stroke treatment success. However, only limited data on observer variability for thrombus density measurements exist. This study assesses the variability and bias of four common thrombus density measurement methods by expert and non-expert observers.Entities:

Bland–Altman analysis and the ICC calculations of the interobserver agreement between expert observers (observers 1 and 2 and observers 1 and 3), interobserver agreement of trained observers (observers 4 and 5), and comparison of the trained observers (4 and 5) with the reference measurements of observer 1
