Abstract
Microbe plays an important role in driving biogeochemical cycles, thus it is of great interest to understand microbial responses and feedbacks to global changes. We have recently analyzed functional potentials of soil microbial community via a high-throughput, microarray-based metagenomic tool named GeoChip 3.0 to illustrate microbial responses to global changes simulated by soil transplant and/or maize cropping. Here we describe detailed experimental design, data collection and pre-processing to support our published studies by Liu et al. [5] and Zhao et al. [14].Entities:
