Abstract
Genetic fusion of elastin-like polypeptide (ELP) to the C-terminus of interferon alpha (IFN) generates a well-defined IFN-ELP fusion protein with high yield and well-retained bioactivity. The fusion protein significantly enhances pharmacokinetics, tumor accumulation, and antitumor efficacy of interferon alpha in a murine cancer model.Entities:
