This corrects the article DOI: 10.4103/1319-3767.141684. In the article, “The Effect of Bariatric Surgeries on Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease”, which appeared in the pages 270-278, Issue 5, Vol 20 of The Saudi Journal of Gastroenterology,[1] the name of the author and her affiliation is missing. The name of the author is “Tamader A. Aldoheyan” and her institute is “Department of Surgery, College of Medicine, King Khalid University Hospital, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia”. Therefore the author name sequence should be as “Mazen Hassanian, Amnah Al‑Mulhim, Atheer Al‑Sabhan, Shaden Al‑Amro, Fahad Bamehriz, Ayman Abdo1, Hisham Al Khalidi, Tamader A.
