On the relationship between side of onset and cognition in Parkinson disease.

Abstract

We read with interest the article of Pellicano et al. who evaluated whether the side of onset of Parkinson disease (PD) influences cognitive and neuropsychiatric symptoms in a cohort of early, untreated patients. They results are commented on and put into the context of previously published research.
