Abstract
Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is a cutaneous slow growing soft tissue sarcoma associated with a high local recurrence rate. Common site of presentation is trunk followed by proximal extremity and head and neck region. A case of recurrent DFSP of left lumbar region with metastasis in lung in a 50-year-old woman presented here. Absence of symptoms often leads to a delay in diagnosis. DFSP is often mistaken for other skin conditions, particularly in its early stages.Entities:
