Abstract
We report an unusual case of primary meningeal small lymphocytic lymphoma presenting as a solitary large extraaxial mass lesion. Histology revealed a prominent pseudofollicular pattern. There was no evidence of extracranial lymphoma by noninvasive staging procedures. Bone marrow and peripheral blood were also negative.Entities:
