Abstract
Adrenalectomy is a treatment of choice for functioning adrenocortical adenoma. We experienced a case of unresected aldosteronoma after right adrenalectomy. Computed tomography-guided transhepatic radiofrequency ablation was carried out to treat the unresected functioning adenoma. The purpose of our case report was to show the clinical findings, computed tomography imaging features and computed tomography-guided transhepatic ablation techniques for adrenocortical adenoma arising from adrenohepatic fusion.Entities:
