Abstract
The use of four-dimensional chemical shift imaging to monitor phosphorus metabolites within the human brain is illustrated. Saturation effects are described, and acquisition conditions are discussed in relation to quantification and sensitivity. The effects of magnetic field variations on spectral parameters are assessed and the use of a field mapping technique is illustrated.Entities:
