Abstract
Heiner syndrome is a food-induced pulmonary hypersensitivity disease that predominantly affects infants. Chronic respiratory symptoms with pulmonary infiltrates on radiography, positive milk precipitins and resolution of findings upon removal of cow's milk constitute the main features. Severe cases may present with pulmonary hemosiderosis. Few renal manifestations associated with this syndrome have been reported so far. Here we report the first case of Heiner syndrome complicated by crescentic glomerulonephritis after 5 years of follow-up.Entities:
