Abstract
A series of pyrazolylpyrimidine scaffold based Syk inhibitors were synthesized and evaluated for their biological activities and selectivity. Lead optimization efforts provided compounds with potent Syk inhibition in both enzymatic and TNF-α release assay.Entities:
