Jessie Hu1, Paul Kent2, Joshua M Lennon1, Latania K Logan2.

Abstract

Acute necrotising ulcerative gingivitis is an acute onset disease characterised by ulceration, necrosis, pain and bleeding in gingival surfaces. It is predominantly seen in severely malnourished children and young adults with advanced HIV infection. We present a unique presentation in a young adult with high-grade osteogenic sarcoma. 2015 BMJ Publishing Group Ltd.
