Abstract
Pustular psoriasis of pregnancy is a rare, autoimmune inflammatory disorder, which can be associated with adverse maternal and fetal outcomes. Although recovery of the skin lesions after the delivery is the rule, some patients need immunosuppressive treatment mainly with corticosteroids. We describe a patient with pustular psoriasis of pregnancy who needed treatment with cyclosporine for resistant skin psoriasis and systemic inflammatory response.Entities:
