Abstract
A case is presented with a tumour in the left atrium as well as in the right ventricle. During the initial investigation of the atrial myxoma, the ventricular tumour was overlooked and a second operation was necessary. Once the diagnosis of myxoma is made, a second synchronous tumour should always be carefully sought.Entities:
