Subjects knelt with their arms in the slings and gradually extended their arms while keeping their arms straight.
Subjects stood with their hands in the slings and gradually extended their arms while keeping their backs straight.
Subjects lay on the bed with their ankles in the slings and executed a bridging exercise.
